Which clauses do you negotiate hardest in a commercial contract?
Pick three, usually indemnity, limitation of liability and termination, and say what you push for and where you concede. Naming your fallback position is what separates practice from theory.
The business wants to sign today and the risk is unresolved. What do you do?
Quantify the exposure, offer a conditional path such as a carve-out or a side letter, and put the decision back to the business in writing. Show you can say yes with conditions rather than only no.
How do you keep up with regulatory change?
Name your actual sources and cadence, and one change in the last year that made you alter a process. Vague answers about staying updated are noticed immediately in this vertical.
