How credits work, in one line each

Your plan's allowance comes first
As long as you stay within it, resumes and interviews cost you nothing extra. Most people never go past this.

After that, credits take over
Each task deducts credits before it runs, and the cost is shown to you up front. A mock interview deducts 3 credits for every AI reply.

Top-up credits never expire
Credits that come with your plan reset each billing period and don't carry over. Credits you buy as a top-up pack stay in your account till you use them.
Pricing questions
What is a credit?
Every paid plan comes with credits. You use them once you cross your plan's limit for the period, whether that period is a week or a month — each plan says which on its card. You can top up anytime, and top-up credits never expire.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from your billing page. You keep access till the end of the period you have already paid for.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, credit and debit cards, netbanking and wallets, through Razorpay.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your resume, your profile and your interview transcripts are visible only to you and the AI model. We never sell your data.
What happens if I run out of credits?
We deduct credits for anything above your plan's limit. If your balance reaches zero, generation pauses till you top up or your next billing cycle starts. Everything you have already saved stays available to you.
Can I get a refund?
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period starts, because the credits are released to you immediately. If you were charged twice, charged by mistake, or blocked by a fault on our side, write to support@airesumemaker.online within 7 days and we will refund a valid claim. Credits deducted for a task that then failed on our side are returned to you automatically. The full detail is in the Terms of Service.
