No, and nobody can honestly promise that. Employers use different systems and none of them show you the score. This is our own estimate of how a parser reads your resume against the posting. Use it to find what to fix. It is not a prediction of whether you will be shortlisted.
What score should I aim for?
Work on the named gaps rather than the number itself. If your missing-keyword list is empty and no formatting issues are flagged, your resume is in good shape whatever the total says.
Why did my score drop after I added keywords?
Most likely the keyword-stuffing check caught it. Repeating terms to game the match trips a separate filter, and it also reads badly to the person who eventually opens your file.
