Terms of Service

AI Resume Maker is a product of Ikarmic AI Services and Solution OPC Pvt. Ltd., an online service operated from Hyderabad, India, that generates resumes, CVs and cover letters, scores resumes against job descriptions, runs text-based mock interviews, and surfaces job listings.

You can reach us at support@airesumemaker.online. These terms apply to everyone who uses the service, whether on a free or paid plan.

By creating an account or using any part of the service, including the free tools that do not require an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and to purchase a plan.

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us at support@airesumemaker.online if you believe someone else has access to it.

One account is for one person. Do not share credentials, and do not create an account using someone else's identity or email address.

Every plan carries its own limits on document generation and mock interviews, and its own period over which those limits reset. Your plan's limits and reset period are shown on the pricing page and on your billing page. While you are inside those limits, tasks do not cost credits.

Once you exceed a limit, further tasks are paid for from your credit balance. The credit cost of each task is set by us and shown to you in the app before you spend anything, including the per-reply cost of a mock interview.

Credits included with a paid plan are granted when the plan renews and do not carry over to the next billing period. Credits you buy as a top-up pack do not expire while your account is open.

If your credit balance reaches zero and you are past your limit, generation pauses until you top up or your next billing period begins. Your saved work stays available.

Paid plans are billed in Indian rupees through Razorpay. We do not receive or store your full card number, UPI PIN, or netbanking credentials — those go directly to the gateway.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your billing page. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep paid access until the end of the period you have already paid for, then move to the Free plan.

Prices can change. If a price changes, the new price applies from your next renewal and we will tell you before it takes effect.

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, because the plan's credits and limits are made available to you immediately.

If you were charged in error, charged twice, or could not use the service because of a fault on our side, write to support@airesumemaker.online within 7 days of the charge and we will investigate and refund where the claim is valid. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method.

Credits that have already been spent on a completed task are not refundable. If a task fails on our side after credits were debited, those credits are returned to your balance automatically.

The resumes, cover letters, scores, feedback and interview questions produced by this service are generated by an AI model. They are drafting and practice aids, not professional advice and not a guarantee of any outcome.

AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Read everything before you send it to an employer. You are responsible for the accuracy of every claim on a document you submit — including dates, titles, qualifications and numbers.

An ATS score is our own estimate of how a parser is likely to read your resume against a job description. It is not produced by, endorsed by, or connected to any specific employer's applicant tracking system, and it does not predict whether you will be shortlisted.

We do not promise interviews, offers, or any employment result.

Your resume text, profile details, uploads, job descriptions and interview transcripts remain yours. You keep all rights in them.

You grant us the permission we need to run the service: to store your content, and to send it to our AI provider so it can be processed into the output you asked for. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account.

You confirm that the content you upload is yours to upload and does not infringe anyone else's rights.

The service relies on third parties: Razorpay for payments, an external AI provider for generation and scoring, Amazon Web Services for hosting, Brevo for transactional email, and Careerjet for job listings.

Job listings are supplied by Careerjet and by the employers who post them. We do not verify listings, employers, or the accuracy of anything in them, and we are not a party to any application or hiring decision. Treat any request for payment from a supposed employer as a red flag.

We can suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that is used fraudulently, or that puts the service or other users at risk. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why first.

You can close your account at any time. When you do, we delete your account data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, provider outages and faults happen. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost opportunities, lost earnings, or a job you did not get.

Where we are found liable, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event that gave rise to the claim.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. If a change materially affects your rights, we will notify you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Before starting proceedings, please write to support@airesumemaker.online so we can try to resolve the issue directly.

If you have a complaint about the service, your data, or content on the site, email support@airesumemaker.online with the subject line "Grievance". We acknowledge grievances within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days.
